Small but good leisure centre attached to other council facilities. Good value for money and staffed with helpful friendly people. Small coffee shop, £1 a cup with a range of sandwiches, toasties and snacks. Library attached so you can have a relaxing read with your coffee after your swim or session in the gym. Ample parking and just a stone's throw from Straiton retail park.

Clean, relaxing if you go morning's and great for kids also with lots for them to choose from.

The centre has recently been renovated and it now has a café, a very small (but expensive) soft play and the library all incorporated in the same room. The swimming pool is the same, an adult one and a baby pool, which is warmer. The changing rooms I find a bit cramped and the showers are sometimes not too warm. The centre shares the car park with the medical practice but it is a sizeable one. They don't sell any swimming accessories in case you forgot something.

Massive improvement over the old place. Unfortunately the gym is still a little small though much better than before.

After recent refurbishment all looks fresher. Unfortunately standards are poor and prices are high. Changing rooms for swimming pool are simply dirty. People are walking in their shoes where other are walking bare feet. Lifeguards are mopping floors instead of designates cleaners. Toilets are often dirty as well. There are only 2 hair dryers which last for only 2min after you pay 20p. Not allowed to bring your own dryer. As one per week visit its OK, shame about poor cleanliness.
