Really friendly waiting staff who could not do enough for us. Food was really good and portion size was more than adequate. I had the loaded gourmet burger and really struggled to get through it all, the burger was nearly 2 inches thick and cooked perfectly and there was 2 of them. Would definitely return. Thanks to the two waitresses for making my boys birthday a really good night out.
We visited the The LG on a Wednesday evening, The staff were very polite, prompt but not insistent. Most importantly they were friendly and smiled the whole evening. We had wings to start, which admittedly I'm not usually a fan of, but they were very well cooked & mixed in terms of flavors and spice/ heat. Not to mention yummy! This was perfect given we had 'heat resistant' members within our group. We ordered a fully loaded burger, double breast pitta, chicken Cesar salad, and standard Chicken wrap. Each of the meals was prepared very well, nice mix of salad and sauce over the beautifully cooked meats. The sides were equally cared for and portioned appropriately. The desserts range from fresh waffles, crapes & sundae's. The fact that there are 2 sides of 'Dessert Menu' to choose from again, won't leave you disappointed! It really is fantastic to have such an enthusiastic chef and businessman within Ciren town. Congratulations Sir, we shall come again and encourage everyone we know.
I'm not usually one to leave online reviews, but in this case I thought I'd make an exception. Contrary to most reviews we opted for take away from the Loaded Grill and immediately wondered why we'd never thought to do it before. Helpful and friendly staff, with prompt timing. I had the gourmet burger which was astonishingly good, and my partner the chicken pitta which she thoroughly enjoyed. In addition I tried the hot wings and by jesus they are the best wings I have ever had! Thoroughly recommended!
Have come in a couple of times now, i ordered a chicken wrap the first time which was great, the second time i ordered a burger which was amazing one of the best i have had! The waitress ella was extremely polite and came across very well. would recommend!
This review is based solely on my takeaway experience. I cannot comment on the quality of a sit down meal in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. Food is OK is the bottom line. I had 5 peri peri chicken strips, which is probably equivalent to a chicken breasts worth of meat. Medium peri peri seasoning is a bit mild for my liking, but that's my own perogative. It would also be nice to have a bit extra sauce with the meat as even though the chicken was cooked excellently it was slightly dry without any sauce. My partner had a "breast pitta" which was remarkably sub par. Similar amount of chicken, but about 5 salad leaves and a squirt of mayonnaise. Quite the disappointment there! The sides were also average, all of the seasoning was on top of the peri peri chips, rather than tossed and coating all of the chips. Spicy rice was also bland and not overly flavoursome. Garlic bread was another side and was quite dry and bland. The food is quite reasonably priced but would be better justified if the quality of the food was slightly higher. Overall I feel that the meal was Ok, and would like to try a sit down meal, but the quality of the side dishes really let down the whole meal. It is early days for the restaurant and hopefully once they find their feet the quality shall be excellent, as I see a lot of potential for the future.
Ordered the "Tiger Prawns" and instead was presented with three shrimp with a heap of vegetables. We decided to leave a prawn left over, y'know, and questioned the waiter as to why we didn't have actual Tiger Prawns. He paused before actually stating, 'I think that's just how the chefs cook them'. Otherwise overly priced and awful service. 10/10 would never go again.
Excellent menu, there was something for everyones tastes. Great decor and loved the staff. Will be back and recommending to everyone. A must try!!

Good service, even better food. One of the best places to stuff your faces with great food in Cirencester. Is a must if you're in the area!
