Great lounge facility. Seats and floors are clean, and staff were attentive to the coffee bench, frequently changing bins and taking away used mugs and replacing with clean ones. The bar area appears unused as the fridge was empty and the lights were off. Is quite small, but still had plenty of room and seats available. Has a number of departure screens in the lounge to see what platform your train is on. Coffee machine was very clean considering how much use it had in just 15 minutes and it made a very nice Mocha.
Nice well stocked lounge for first class passengers Hot drinks bottles of water cans of coke Crisps and biscuits
Very lovely lounge. Lot of free stuff: coffee, biscuits, tea and crisps. There's also a lift for luggages and very clean toilets.
Reasonable and convenient lounge. Not too large, but I've never found it overcrowded. Good work desk area with plenty of sockets. Nothing to write home about in terms of snacks/food, but good quality tea bags at least the green tea. Personnel varies in kindness.
Conveniently located and nice and quiet to take a break from a chaotic station. Good selection of hot drinks from two machines, but it would have been nice to have a great selection of soft drinks and snacks as all that was available was water and crisis - juice and fruit wouldn't go amiss.
Excellent helpful and friendly clearly hardworking staff. Lounge is like an upmarket cafeteria though. Its okay and better than hanging about in the station.
A welcoming place to wait for the train me complimentary tea, coffee and water with crisps and biscuits. The toilets are clean
Nice tea, loads of different coffees, lots of shortbread, chocolate brownies and crisps. Also cold drinks and bottled waters.
A nice place to wait for your train. Lounge is only for 1st class ticket holders travelling on the same day
Rather difficult to find as there are hardly any signs to it in the station. It's tucked away near Platform 5. Quite a pleasant lounge to sit in before your journey. Attractive building. Water, crisps, biscuits etc. It is on the first floor. There is a small, rather slow, lift or three flights of stairs.
