I found the LMS website by accident and it was worth it.  the whole team has an incredibly nice approach to the client.  Kevin is a very nice man with a sense of humor, he helped me find a home in a safe and quiet neighborhood in just a few moments.  after completing all the formalities. less than a month "Piece of Cake", for a week now, I have the pleasure to be where I wanted to be.  in a quiet area safe for children.  and in a beautiful well-kept house.  together with a great outdoors for walks.  I wholeheartedly recommend it.  Kevin and the team from the LMS.  Thank you very much.

I can not recommend Michelle and LMS enough. She is so helpful and responsive to emails and calls........ and she's had loads from me! From the start it has flowed so well, she helped with getting a solicitors as we are new to the area and the Property Portal. We are due to complete next week and it will have only taken 2 months and 10 days! Utterly brilliant experience.

We have used LMS Property on two occasions to help us find a tenant to rent our one bedroom flat. On both occasions they have been fantastic. LMS have been brilliant. We have been renting with them for a good few years and we were unlucky enough that our landlord decided to sell so we needed to find a new house. Kevin was amazing for the whole process from finding us a property fast and supporting us through the transition. He called us a couple of days after our move to make sure everything in the new property was ok. Highly recommended LMS and the team for renting and recruitment!

Having rented out my property through Alison and her team at LMS for over 10 years, we have always been provided with an honest and reliable service. Kevin and LMS property are both helpful and great at their jobs. They've helped me and my partner move into our first rental, they made what seemed like a daunting challenge of paperwork and applications quick and easy. Found LMS through a comparison site, and had three estate agents come out for viewings.  I decided to use LMS based on the how prepared and knowledgeable Michelle was during that visit.  She had performed checks on my house, and the surrounding areas before the visit, and came with a pack of papers with all the information to help me; and answered all the questions I had – and made sure I knew all that was involved in moving.  During the whole process, Michelle was very friendly, helpful, and knew what was needed.  She showed me houses in the area of the type of was looking for, and gave me advice of different areas, builders, etc…  She also knew a lot of other companies who could help me with all that was needed.  I had some issues with the downward chain not linked to LMS which lead to changes in moving dates, etc…, very near the end of the process.  Which meant I lost my movers, and had only a couple of days to arrange it all and as it was on a Bank holiday weekend everyone I could find where all booked.  Michelle was very calm I was a little stressed at the time and she just knew what to do – she discussed it with me, and helped me come up with a plan and was able to find me the movers who were also excellent, etc…, needed to make it all happen in a very short timescales.  Would very much recommend LMS to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I was looking for a place with my partner as our first home and I thought I would try out LMS.  I went there and met Kevin who was wonderful in regards to what we was searching for.  Within minutes we had a few properties lined up for viewing and even got in touch with the tenant the next day to arrange a quick view of the property before we even went ahead with anything.  After a few weeks of the normal checks etc we got into the house and everything went smoothly.  Even when there was little issues that we found that needed repair Kevin got straight on it Small Leak and same day someone came out to look at it and next day it was sorted!  Would highly recommend LMS Property if you're searching for a home!  - Mike

I would definitely recommend LMS, This was my first time going through the process of renting a property but thanks to LMS I have found it very easy and stress free. Kevin was extremely helpful, reassuring and made the whole process easy for both me and my partner. Within a few weeks of viewing the property we are now settled in and very happy with it.
