I thought I'd try Butter in Winsford to manage the lettings of my properties after being let down before. I was seen by Rebekka Storey and I could not be more impressed by her knowlede care and attention. It is very rare these days to meet someone who takes such care and shows such professionalism. Everything was done right and bang on time, I was kept informed at every stage. My properties were all let quickly to good tenants. I can only give Butters 5 Stars ....but I would add a score of 10/10 for Mrs Storey.

Exceptionally ill-mannered staff with a very lacking, unapproachable and inadequate lettings "manager”.

Lovely staff that can't do enough to help, we had various setbacks in our sale and purchase but BJB staff did all they could to help us and chase up other parties. Would definitely recommend and use again without any hesitation.

I used this agent in June 15 in buying my home.  A very impressive, professional service with regular updates and phone calls, which made the whole experience one of the best I've had.  A most refreshing, friendly approach with lovely, knowledgeable and professional staff, definitely a cut above the rest!!
