I was with Loyds for a year on and off.
The ques were terrible, only one seat and they would never deliver. They did a few times, but with each new pharmacist the decision would change. Which was incredibly frustrating. 
I would even call to ask what time will it be ready for me to pick up. Yet everytime I'd be waiting for up to 30 minutes easily. 
The staff were uncoordinated. I've never seen anything like it....
But the staff were friendly.
They made numerous mistakes with my medication. I always alerted them to it before leaving as I'd check it infront of them. But one time I was in a rush. They'd once again made a mistake and I was missing half a week's worth of medication. I rang them straight away and was told that I was mistaken.
I asked if he could check the stock and get back to me, but he wasn't willing to do that.
I said "I'm not a liar, you haven't done me a week's worth" . But he said "no, we've made no mistake".
So I had to get my doctor to prescribe me more, go collect the prescription and then find another chemist.
Funny how my doctor's didn't even question it, and mentioned they'd had issues with Loyds before. 
It actually hurt my feelings more, i got to know the staff and I never complained about anything. 
Yet I was called a bare face liar. 
Make sure you check your medication before leaving and be willing to wait 30 minutes plus standing up .

Been with them for over a year and a half, they've got the collection right twice. Always have to come back for stuff that is missing.

 If only I could be this consistently rubbish at my job and keep it.

Absolutely diabolical service,waited 4 days for blood pressure medication, told every day try tomorrow, not acceptable, this is people's health, their attitude is not acceptable either, I quote "you'll just have to queue with everybody else"when I asked if the medication I was owed for 4days would be ready to collect !!!!!!!

We go to a doctors in the same building but never use this pharmacy anymore, used once or twice in the past . The staff never talk to you just to tell you it's about a 15mi n wait. Not sure why they take twice as long as any other pharmacy .

The worst chemist in the UK.  I ring up to check medication is ready, I give them an extra day and it still takes an hour to collect medication.  If you're dr is at weston favell do yourself a favour and get your prescriptions sent over to Tesco or Boots and save yourself 40 minutes.  This is a review of the service over the last 5 months.
