The slowest service of any Pharmacy anywhere by far and it’s the same every time I have been in. How can they have so many staff and still be so ridiculously slow

Collected a prescription yesterday that had been sent automatically to them by the surgery (next door) on Monday and waited 30 minutes, which I could ill afford to do. Not for the first time. I won't be using them again, it's an utter shambles.

Polite staff but good for nothing. Very slow and laggy  towards the customer

This has to rate as the most disorganised pharmacy ever. Staff have no customer service skills and apparently little understanding of their own systems - that assumes they have a system. 

This morning, my second visit, I merely attempted to collect a prescription they had failed to deliver and was apparently available for collection. Standing in a queue of about 20 we were treated to staff critising one another, the sight of baskets of made up prescriptions lying on the floor apparently in no order and not one apology for the length of time their total incompetence had on their customers.
