The ladies in the shop at Polegate are lovely, so helpful and friendly. That’s the good! Prices are high for servicing and repairs especially if you don’t buy your product from them. I was quoted £65 to have my relatives Scooter serviced! I found it for almost half that with another company in Eastbourne. When I called the head office the lady on the phone did not seem to have any technical knowledge and just kept pushing me to get the engineer out (£65). I decided that I would use another company as I think the price is far too high for someone to come out just to check a few bits.

Nice shop, friendly and helpful staff. Location initially looks awkward, but you can park for free up to 2.5 hours in the car park right behind the shop. There is not an easy drop off place outside so it’s a bit of a walk back, in case you have someone who can’t walk far. It’s quite a small shop but they do have a fair selection of useful items.
