A very elderly ladie asked a member of staff if she could be kind enough to post a letter for her with the pharmacies as there was no post box near to where she lived. The staff member told the elderly ladie that she was no post woman and that she would not post it for her. I thought this was very rude, then once the staff member went into the medicine prep area, we heard numerous employees laughing and joking about the ladie. The whole room was disgusted at what we had just whitnessed.

The pharmacy is nearly always very busy but the staff work extremely hard. All the counter staff are good but, in particular, the 2 young guys on the counter (I can't remember their names) are always extremely polite, very helpful and efficient. If there's a problem, it's dealt with without fuss.
