Lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful. Even when it's busy there isn't a huge wait for prescriptions and they're always clear and upfront if there is going to be a wait so you have a choice.

I totally agree with everything said by the previous reviewer. unable to locate orders, medication never in stock, no organisation whatsoever, a complete shambles of a chemist. My advice is to avoid the place and go to either Boots or another chemist where they know what they are doing.

What a terrible place. Situated inside the same building as two doctors practices the pharmacy is not a pleasant place to have to visit. It is obviously not able to cope with the workload associated with its location. There are nearly always long queues waiting to be attended by the staff who seem to prefer to stay out of sight. When a staff member does eventually come to the counter the system employed by the pharmacy to deal with dispensing items seems to be totally chaotic. Regularly prescriptions which should have been dispensed and be ready for collection either cannot be found, are not ready or need to be ordered as they are not in stock - leading to longer delays while staff gather to stare at the computer screens as though items should magically appear!
