AWFUL. I had a prescription for antibiotics which used Signature RX. I was directed to this pharmacy from their website. However when I got there the counter assistant point blank refused to download the prescription or even try the really simply process of visiting the website and entering the unique code I had been sent. This meant I was left at 3:45pm without antibiotics the day before Xmas eve. Such a stressful and unhelpful experience.
NHS 111 sent me to pick up a prescription on New Year’s Day. The pharmacy was listed as open on their database and on the NHS website. When I turned up the pharmacy was closed. It was too late to redirect my prescription to another pharmacy and I ended up spending 9 hours in A&E to get the medication I needed. They need to address this.
Been using for a while now since the Selsey one is AWFUL. Chichester Sainsburys store absolutely brilliant. Staff have always been quick, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Big thanks to Mark. He is fantastic. Have never had any problems or had to wait long. Appalled to hear it's being closed. Going to be a massive blow to the area. No idea what I will do when they close.
An assistant called Mark is the most helpful and polite member of staff. He remembers my name is of excellent character.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. absolutely terrible service. Always fobbing you off, the system is absolute b******s now! Can’t believe how rubbish it is. It use to run very well couple years ago, it’s not gone way down hill..
I went at 6.15 to pick up my prescription they ordered yesterday and all shut up Says on signs and web site 19pm close Now I have to wait for my antibiotics till Sunday It’s not good enough Driving over when feeling poorly to find shut It’s not the first time this has happened to me
Organised an emergency prescription via 111 service. Spoke to pharmacist on Saturday evening and said I’d collect as soon as they opened on Sunday 10.00 am. It’s now gone 11.30 and the pharmacy hasn’t opened. It even says it’s open on the website. So far I’ve met several furious people including a mother with a screaming child waiting for antibiotics for the child’s tooth, and a man who hasn’t got essential medication for a heart condition.
Terrible pharmacy, had a emergency script sent there as they were registered as open via the electronic prescription service. Went to pick up script and they had a sign up saying closed until 2.30pm waited until 2.30 only to find that they were closed for the day. Terrible terrible way to conduct an emergency service for sick and vulnerable people .
Would be a 0 star. Had fit to fly tests booked in for nearly 2 weeks and had email to say they’d been cancelled 4 days before! No phone call to explain why, had to contact ourselves to find out why. The excuse was that the pharmacist on at the time we booked them isn’t qualified to do them! Why let us book them then! Now frantically looking for somewhere else, adding extra stress to the whole testing situation. DON’T USE FOR FIT TO FLY TESTS
Awful service. Waited a week and a half for the usual text to say my prescription had arrived. Called up to see if it had, they took my name and and told me it hadn't arrived. Sat on hold to 111 for half an hour to get an emergency prescription, which was sent to this pharmacy. Called the pharmacy to check they'd got the emergency referral and they told me that they'd received it but didn't have the right medication. Then the person on the phone goes 'oh but we do have an existing prescription order for you here that's been here for a bit'. They told me 'yeah we aren't sending out texts when your prescription's ready anymore, you have to call up or come in if you want to know'. This is the second time in a month I've had to order an emergency prescription because my prescription 'hasn't been ready'. Last time this happened and I called up Lloyds to get the emergency prescription in the place of the regular one I ordered in plenty of time, they told me they couldn't get me my emergency prescription either because they 'didn't know how the computer system worked' and that there wasn't anybody they could pass me over to who did understand it. So yeah, pretty impossible to get your meds from this pharmacy currently. Also my boyfriend got verbally abused by a staff member who I believe was in a managerial position when trying to pick up an emergency prescription a while back. 10/10 would not recommend.
