The parent company Wallgreen US are responsible for a very American work ethics. . . My partner used to work for them, employees are generally not supported when complaints are made regardless of who did what.
The lovely lady Eloise on the Clarins counter is super helpful, she is always happy to help with choosing products and also does lovely mini makeovers so you can try before you buy , Sharon on Estée Lauder is also great and genuinely happy to help x
The service provided by the pharmacy is abysmal - I am grateful that I live in Chichester and can pop in whenever out shopping as it can take 3 or 4 attempts to pick up a prescription due to endless queuing. I had hoped that once they no longer provided the repeat request service that things might speed up, but nothing has changed, in fact, I think its just getting worse. What is it that you need - more staff, better organisation, easier processes? Please get it sorted!
Is it really necessary to have the drinks done up so tight that I can't open them. Three times this has happened now. Not good enough
This is a really good Boots. I've been in some that seem larger but this one always has everything I ever need and we all know that their reward card points are brilliant for saving up for Christmas presents.
With all the department stores round hete gone boots has cleaned up! I was shopping for makeup and they had a brilliant range and a lovely brand independent consultant. I was really impressed with the service
Shop is full of every day things you require and quite large But the pharmacy is a nightmare you can stand in a line to get your prescription for ages while the staff at the back have a conversation about what time their going to lunch and many other topics while the customers have to wait patiently till they finish there are one or two staff who are wonderful such as Emma so helpful service with a smile !! I think the pharmacy needs bringing into the 21st century
Big and well-stocked Boots has everything you need right in the centre of town. The pharmacy can get very busy at times, so plan ahead when picking up prescriptions.
Rubbish service, they never answer their phone. You have to queue for ages every single day at lunchtime. I have rung the pharmacy number 4 times within the last hour and not one time as it been answered. I don't want to have a wasted journey of 6 miles in Christmas traffic for nothing and expect Boots Chichester to respond and deliver some great customer service. I have also contacted the CEO as it's disgusting.
Pharmacy rarely had prescription ready even if I waited 5 days to collect. Often closed due to no Pharmacist one week only open 2 days and always closed at lunch time thus making it harder for people to collect in their lunch break. I voted with my feet and have gone to Kamsons like many others after giving them about 4 chances or more and it didn't get any better, it got worse!!
