Sorry to say my visit here, midday 010218, was marred by the unfriendly manner of the assistant who served me and my companion.  I was very aware of it.  Pity, neither of us are from Hanley.  I will try again but if it's the same, I will ask why.  First impressions..... so important.

Waiting for a call about my prescription almost two weeks and still no one called, came to collect it 27/12 and it's closed, there's no information about different opening hours anywhere
