Absolute shambles - always been and still is. Opening hours on google don’t match the ones online. Apparently they are short staffed. So there is a not attached with opening hours being 10AM—1PM and 3PM-430PM. What about you do update your opening hours instead of wasting people’s time? Turned up at 9AM, the pharmacy was closed, called in and a lady came to the door just to say that she can’t hand in my prescription because the pharmacist is running late. When asking how late she replied in pretty rude manners. Called back in, talked to another pretty rude girl - she told me to come back at 10, when advising that her colleague did say to wait for the pharmacist she told me she actually needs to check it the prescription is ready. Checked and it wasn’t. Bear in mind the day before I called and herself told me it would be ready that day by 4pm. Took my prescription elsewhere different Lloyds and was ready in 10!!!!! Absolute joke. Short staffed or not, this pharmacy has always been absolute shambles, very long waiting times, in multiple occasions they did not have my prescription although my doctor did send it. You’d be a lot better pick up your own prescription and taking it elsewhere - which is what I do most of the times, unless I really need the medicine quick I do try my luck with Lloyds Burntisland but has been more a mistake than a good thing. Avoid!
Went to pharmacy to buy antihistamines during my dinner break, went to pay for them with cash and was told they dont except cash , i said its illeagle not to accept cash and he abruptly told me to take it up with lloyds themselves , went to pharmacy elsewhere who gladly took cash, wont be using lloyds for anything in the future, shocking attitude they had
Terrible service. I booked online for a test. Came through to burntisland to get the blood test. Even had an email confirming my appointment. When I arrived I was told the machine is broken and we are not accepting appointments. How about you cancel the bookings online then. Waste of my time .
Excellent efficient service any time of the day. This is a well organised and stocked Pharmacy.
Far far far to slow and to many staff in the back area doing orders and no staff for dispensing front customers...
