Our Family have moved house over 25 times in our lifetime and this is the BEST company that we have ever used. They work quickly, all items are well packed and moved safely. We have used Lloyds Removal on a couple of occasions and have always experienced exceptional professional and friendly service from booking our appointment to the day of moving. I would highly recommend Lloyds Removals to all family and friends.

Avoid this company at all cost,and they certainly cost me.They failed to turn up on the agreed removal date,and despite many letters and phone calls, I have  heard nothing from them, since they let me down on the day.All those involved in the chain had to make new arrangements for moving on another day,including van hire and days off work,and I had to compensate everyone involved for the inconvenience caused,and loss of interest incurred on their mortgages.At least this man could have done was to have the courtesy to contact me and offer some sort of explanation as to why he didn't honour the agreed removal date and turn up as arranged.Sadly my solicitor tells me that I can't sue as nothing was put in writing as all communications were done over the phone after the visit was made to my house to assess how much furniture needed moving.If you do foolishly decide to use this disreputable company,GET THE CONFIRMATION IN WRITING!
