Avoid, David was storing my mothers things as she had taken a turn for the worse health wise. My mum unfortunately passed away, I was living in Scotland and my sister in France. As we were in Hereford sorting things out we rung David and asked for access to the storage unit he uses in kingsland. The earliest he said he could do was 3 weeks time. He fully understood we didn't live in Hereford but did not accommodate as he was working for another firm! Please do not get yourself in a situation like we did. His lack of compassion and understanding made the whole situation worse.

This company is to be avoided at all costs.If I could  have the option I would put no stars.David was hard to get hold of and honestly is the most unprofessional person I have ever met.
