What is going on at Lloyds pharmacy in Morecambe Sainsbury? No pharmacist! No assistants! I was given my prescription to take away as they would be unable to fulfill my order at any time I could collect. Apparently staff morale is at an all time low as Lloyds wont pay the going rate and therefore no Pharmacists will work for them. Please sort this out asap!

Very slow service. Poor staff apart from mae.
Referred by 111 told to phone prior to visiting. No one answers the call even after several attempts. Not the fault the fault of the pharmacy it's the system. Arrived and pharmacist went above and beyond to help
From a patient's viewpoint the whole prescription ordering, prep and delivery system is a total mess. You don't know if a request has been issued, the pharmacy doesn't know if it has been issued, even the surgery reception staff don't know if it has been issued. you don't know if the pharmacy has received it, you don't know if they have made it up. And this pharmacy, like every other take an age to find it when it is on the shelf. I always find the staff here are approachable and doing their best but the whole system needs a radical overhaul.
Friendly and efficient service apart from one lady think her name is Emma, maybe a pharmacist. Shocking service you could tell she wasn't bothered and didn't want to help. Attitude was disgusting and she obviously needs some training in how to be polite to customers.
My prescription's are never ready on time. I had run out of tablets so went in and surprise surprise my prescription hadn't come through. I asked if I could have 1 tablet for the day as otherwise I get bad heartburn. The pharmacist said I could buy some over the counter ones for £8.99. Why would I buy some when I get them on prescription but they aren't ready ?????? Strange place back to my old pharmacy
Nice staff. Really good with ordering and completing prescriptions. Most notably they have amazing open hours.
Shocking service I order 4 days in advance and they haven't ordered it !!! I'm raging I need these meds and it's just we haven't ordered it come back tomorrow and it's the same guy who iv dealt with Everytime my stuff hasn't been ordered no apology nothing
