Very RUDE staff!! Medication I've been on for years and pick up weekly ... They didn't tell me to reorder it last week.. went down today to pick up... Obviously not there, phoned my doctors they sent a fax prescription through... And because it wasn't signed even though I've been on them for years and years they wouldn't give me them... So I said in future would you mind telling me when I have to re-order please.... Women said "I'm sure we told you last week ,BUT you were a bit under the weather" Considering I've had a brain blood clot operation, the FACT remains you didn't tell me... So I said again in future will you please tell me!! It's as if the women was getting a kick out off me not getting my medication
When I went in, the first woman who wanted to serve me gave me a bad look, the second one was nice. But I took a mascara that cost 4,99 and they charged me 5,49. Plus I just tried it and it was dry. It went straight in the bin and I definitely recommend that they change their staff and throw away products that have been there for a while so they may be dry or out of date.
This morning 3rd October 2021 theAuchterarder pharmacist in particular and his young lady assistant went out of their way to help one of my visitors who had forgotten to bring two of her prescribed medications with her, he went to great deal of trouble and was eventually able to supply the missing medication. Fantastic customer service.
This is the worse pharmacy in the country never get your prescription right staff on lunch breaks 3.30pm were unhelpful staff
No discretionary effort.
