Really disappointing customer service from Susie. Attended this branch earlier today to change my address TSB seem to be the only bank that dont let you do it online and deposit change that I had uncovered following my house move. Firstly I could not deposit all 11 change bags as there was a limit of 10 - cant understand the difficulty of an extra bag of £1 coins. Secondly, I was then told she couldn't update my address today without any reasoning. When challenged on it, as I had asked her colleague previously, she managed to change it. It just seemed like a real grind to get anywhere and when challenged, the atmosphere was extremely frosty. I will certainly be avoiding in the future and look to switch to another bank.
Such nice staff in this bank. I've been a tsb customer for over 20 years and the branch staff are fantastic here. They have guided me through the basics of opening an account to my mortgage. I highly recommend, this branch.
Awful customer service. This is a bank that clearly no longer wants customers. Ridiculous to enforce no counter service after 4pm and not inform customers in advance by email - apparently they put a poster up in the branch!!
