Moved to lloyds recently excellent service friendly and helpful staff :-

I've been a customer for 31 years,always happy till yesterday.i was told to wear a face mask if I wanted to gain entry,I thought we had the choice,I don't have to wear one on medical grounds but I put one on .when I got to cashier he removed his mask.next time I will take the knee and wave rainbow flag ,just do your job,I do mine and mind your own business.

Ihave been with Lloyd's for years icant say 1thing wrong about it the staff are brilliant  always have a smile for you and very helpful  happy new year to the staff you do a brilliant  jobxx

Hi everyone, I went into the Wednesbury branch of Lloyd’s taking 10 bags of change to be paid in my account only to be told we only take 5 bags in to which I replied I didn’t know, then another staff member rudely said well we been doing it since 2017 to which I replied can you use your discretion and take them this once as I didn’t know they replied no where will it end I said I only have 5 more bags but no rude and unhelpful, the staff have a chip on their shoulder, close the branch and just keep West Bromwich open at least they are helpful.
