Best  bank  in  oxon   customer  service  is  still  alive  great  staff

I am very disappointed that it is impossible to get through to this bank direct.  I have tried phoning constantly this morning, with the direct number, so that I can arrange a visit with a disabled client.  They pick up the phone after ten minutes and disconnect it.

Really not impressed.

Wish to thank Justine who helped us at Llyods Bank Abingdon set up accounts etc. Her service was an asset to Llyods Bank. At all times when dealing with us she went above and beyond. Thank you Jackie de Klerk
