Halifax Abingdon! You should be ashamed of yourself! Yet again, i walk into Abingdon, only to find the place all dark, dreary and CLOSED! Online you say your open, yet your closed! Disgusting treatment of your customers! Your only open a few hours a day, and not even 5 days a week, so its pathetic of you to close as often as you do! I shall instead take my buisness else where, congrats Didcot Halifax you are now my Number 1 Halifax! Your lucky to even get 1 star, if there was a minus 1000 i would give you that! Good day to you.....
Asked to speak to someone about my account and got told I'd have to go to didcot or oxford. What's the point of having a Halifax in Abingdon if they don't have the staff to help. THINKING OF CHANGING BANKS
Erratic opening hours.Was told branch was closed for a week in July because some one had retired. Must have been some leaving party. Shambles of a branch.
Service is great but like all banks. Not open long enough on Saturdays. ;
Never bloody open when they say they are !.
