Niki and Emily are really helpful staff, who listen carefully (just as important as immediately 'doing' something). They are good at sorting out depressingly appalling errors made by various central customer services staff at Lloyds Bank. Also at dealing with people like me who are driven mad by this kind of carelessness or inaccuracy. They daily demonstrate why branch staff are crucial. Were it not for them I might well have moved all my accounts to another bank by now.

i have one comment to make about one particular member of staff. She was behind the enquiries desk and was chewing her gum in such a disgusting way . I think staff should be trained to be able to help the customers but also how to make themselves look professional. Its not all about make up and nice hair.

I went at 9am on a sat, small queue at the door before opening, but the staff got through everyone relatively quickly! I had a request that the stratford branches didn’t seem to be able to fulfil. Being told incorrect information by the call centre about the Stratford branches but Ikrah at this branch was really lovely And got exactly what I needed done in under 5 minutes.

Thanks to this branch I switch my account. I can get that they are busy, but this is obviously not problem of customer but management. What I do not got was that they on 2 - 3 attempts do not respond on my request correctly example they send my card on my old address, even I change it before, due to my was broken. I worked in construction sitting in the canteen for two days with no money drank over-sugared tea cos they close earlier than I had opportunity to withdraw money in person or bank statements I claim three times and ones young lady even do not deal with me just offered me tel number that I can sorted out for me over the phone even I have been there to ask for it, almost miss deadline for my new job as they were required them and so on.
