I will Give only 0 star 
Very poor customer service.
I went today around 3.30 I was there for until 5oclock bcly what happened i asked him to apply new card he said give me 1minitue again after he pass me he said again wait 1min then he took the counter staff in side the room he was talkinģ to her for 10 15mini I asked another lady I was here for almost 1hour she said he is in meeting now.
Why he can't tell before we can t do it today?
Why he let me wait for 1.30hour there

Poor service , staff try to push u over to use online or over the phone services, nobody can help u with barclaycard, unprofessional staff over the counter tried to make me feel like they doing me big favour'just because I have been waiting in the queue'... By dealing with my direct debit cancellation, while app has an error for 3 months, staff member told me to report it... Well such a big bank doesn't have proper IT staff to realise there is a problem with an app? Surley I am not wasting my time to help u run your own services!!!

Poor service, not enough staff and the bank is too small.
