Just wanted to say I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Just wanted to point out though that I have noticed the wrong address has been put on the website. It should be Wellington Place not Wellington Square

Hard to describe my feelings about this branch and this bank. Had tried to phone the Hastings 'team' to discuss it with them but.... quelle surprise! No answer! Bad experience. Avoid.

I will transfer to Barclays!! Lloyds Bank is not recommend. Poor customer service.

Useless bank always huge queues never helpful if their fault a mistake has been made
