It's convenient to have so many stories next to each other, you don't have to drive/walk around. But there's no place to sit down and enjoy after you're done shopping. If you come with your car then you can sit around for a bit but walkers have to rush in and out. It would be nice to have some benches.
Free parking .. the shopping centre has everything you need in one place. Friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is always fun
It's OK, not so many shops, needs some more variety and some more places to eat.nAlso needs a public toilet. They say to use Next, but they only have two toilets and there is always a queue
Practically gridlocked at lunchtime today. Took 15 mins to get out to Edge Lane, which wasn't especially busy. No evidence of staff trying to direct traffic and ease the congestion. The road layout seems designed to create congestion and badly needs a rethink.
Upgrades are great, fantastic selection of stores, clean and tidy.
