Right next to the Liver Building, perfect for sightseeing and the Mersey Ferry while you wait for your cruise liner. Feels and looks temporary but it serves its purpose. Great views across and along the riverside. Wonder if the bike is still there!
The cruise terminal has gone through a major facelift and it shows. It's absolutely beautiful: meticulously organised and clean with numerous shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, museums to name just a few. Truly impressive!
Nice cruise terminal. Hehe fick float so it is easy to get on/off your ship. The climb from the dock to the street can get steep during low tide though.
As a passenger it’s not top notch but and it’s a bit of a walk down to the ship. Your bags are collected at the terminal and delivered down to the ship. A small bus will take the infirm passengers down to the ships gangways. Parking here is not too good and drop off isn’t the best either. If you’re delivering goods to the ship then make sure you’re early as there’s limited parking for trucks, if you’re outside the parking area then you will get a ticket. Been here for both hours and hours waiting to get tipped and straight in and out with no queue. Getting an artic down to the ship isn’t for the faint hearted as it’s a floating pontoon with very little space and room to manoeuvre.
The terminal is small and basic but staff are friendly and very efficient. We boarded our ship within 15 minutes of arriving at the terminal.
Great place to see the big cruise ships in town
Excellent cruise Terminal. Brilliant staff. Luggage immediately taken from you and onto the ship. Under five minutes and you are boarding the ship and straight to your cabin. Many more cruises to come *****
Unfortunately I wasn't going or coming back from a cruise, but on my part for dropping off and picking up, the staff are very efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Very well run. Well done Liverpool
Nothing of note about this cruise terminal although you do get a decent view of the Liver Building
Efficiently run small cruise port terminal. Easily located from central Liverpool. Marquee set up with plans for a more permanent building in the next few years.
