Opening times on window different to those on the site. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the company to confirm times despite two numbers in the store.

There are always at least three machines out of service, the second spin dryer hasn't worked for at least 18 months. There is no change machine, no way to summon staff if they are needed and it smells terrible; rank odours from washing machines and an inexplicable stench of manure from the spin dryer. Add to this the charming variety of pubic hairs clustered around the spin dryer, and believe I wouldnt recommend this launderette unless, like me, you use public transport as there is little walking involved; if you travel by car- avoid it.
