Went to collect john lewis shopping from this waitrose branch, had my barcode scanned and have been asked to show ID. The staff came out with someone else's parcels, 2 big boxes that looked like have shoes in them. Worth way more than the item I was picking up. My point is, why ask for ID and not look at it and cross match it on the device and check the name on items before handing to customers?! I could be an opportunist, take the items and sell them on to Ebay or somewhere?? Second time this has happened to me in the same branch. Please train your staff properly.
Constant noise from their trucks running outside our flats sometimes from 4:30 am, just leaves the truck running smashing and banging until 6am every morning.nnThe new manager is not friendly or helpful at all wouldn’t even change a £10 note for me. Everywhere to Waitrose is a loading bay they can park, stop, block whatever they want.
Always like coming into this store. Firstly to pick up my John Lewis Orders and/or any returns and then secondly, to treat myself to one of their delicious food items. They have a pretty decent range of products for what is a small store. Staff are always super helpful and polite. Will be shopping here more often.
As the name suggests, this Waitrose is smaller in size. They have really good discounts on products, time to time.nBakery items used to attract flies in the warmer months. Now, they have been placed in shelves which are covered. I was so pleased to see that.nRecently, self scan tills have been updated. Upon my recent visit, I could see some elderly found that tricky to use but a member of staff was explaining the customer very patiently, how to use it.nI would suggest you to download the Waitrose app on your phone so that you never forget your vouchers at home.nThe coffee machine is back. All you need is your own reusable cup to have a free coffee with every purchase. Parking is available at the rear.nAll in all a great place in the heart of Cheam Village for quick shopping.
