Won’t be using this store, Bobby the manager doesn’t manage and looks abit lost when asking him a question and I saw Louie with red hair charge towards a women screaming he’s head off get her out. I have no idea what the argument was about. Short middle age women looked quite intimidated as he charged at her swinging he's arms in the air I had my daughter with me as we watched she got frightened. What on earth has happened to stores treating a customer and a women on her own like that, I remember when shops treated there customers nice as they want you to come back. Obviously Asda have plenty of money. Back to Tescos for me.
I feel so sorry for the staff having to chase after shoplifters with no security on the door and people coming in with motorbike helmets onto the cctv is null and void! Please support your staff asda as this is the second time I have seen this at stonecott asda.
Used the self service till today and as usual an error when I put empty bag down and pressed done. Happens frequently. A blond assistant came eventually after I requested help. Very surly didn't speak, ignored me, just swiped her pass. Not first time she's behaved like this. Appalling manners/service. Kiosk last week an assistant was more interested in talking with her colleague than acknowledging my presence and serving. They don't seem to understand how to be customer facing. Why do they hire such rude people!
It's a small supermarket but stocks most of the essentials one needs on a daily basis, extremely helpful staff, happy atmosphere, ideal for one who just needs to pop in & pop out without aimlessly walking around looking for their necessities,
Several occasion have tried to park in the disabled bay as my partner is disabled as usual you get The selfish people who think that they're entitled to park without displaying a disabled badge. Spoke to a member of staff they were as useful as a wet paper.
