THIS CAFE IS FINE BUT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AT THE CAR PARK PAY MACHINE AND EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK CHESTER COUNCIL YOU ARE A DISGRACE I WOULDNT TAKE A COACH PARTY THERE AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME

Excellent place to stop and get your breath back before heading off into the city. Good selection of drinks and snacks and some hot food, with a perfect location situated as it is at the top of the car park. Recommended.
