Cosy cafe with an extensive menu of hot and cold sandwiches, light-bites and cakes. Super fast and friendly service and good strong tea. Generously filled sandwiches and rolls, if lacking in a bit finesse. Rather tightly packed tables, but needed due to its popularity.
Lovely cafe, red hot food and great service
Delicious scones and tea!
Lovely food. Home made scones. A lovely tea room. My husband had a steak and ale pie with mash and peas and I had soup and Welsh rarebit followed by homemade scones with clotted cream and jam. Delicious! A great little place to have a break and a nibble.
Service quick did not have to wait long after ordering. Pleasant staff. Handy in high street.
I love this place....home cooked food..nice traditional atmosphere and no music or talk radio.
Excellent food,and staff, highly recommended. Cream tea was fabulous.
