Little Harp Inn
"The Little Harp is a spectacular waterside pub in Clevedon. Lying right on the River Severn with stunning views out across the water, our 19th century Chef & Brewer countryside pub's named after the bay we sit in. Go for a stroll along the beach, then pull up a chair in our epic beer garden to soak up the sights with a glass of wine or one of our local cask ales. We serve tasty pub food that caters for the whole family, and you'll be pleased to know that we welcome dogs too. Don't miss our seasonal specials or pub Sunday roast, or our selection of breakfast options. With free WiFi and disabled facilities, book your table online and discover why we're one of the best pub restaurants around."

Popped in today, having gotten off The Waverley with our pooch & finding that the Little Harp Inn was happy to serve well behaved dogs we'd tried at least 4 along the seat front before that with no success and I'm very glad this was where we did end up bringing our custom as the whole experience was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and even brought over to our table a bowl of fresh water our fur bundle. 2 of us ordered bar snacks and I opted for the pan fried chicken which I think must have been made in heaven based on the incredible taste and speed! If there was anything that could have been improved on it would just be a little more communication from our young male waiter to let us know our chips and cutlery were on their way - but in absolute fairness the place had filled up very fast and the team had a lot to serve which they did wonderfully fast & with patient personal service. Can't wait to return again soon!
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here, it was a lovely meal, one of the most delicious roasts I think I have ever had. The staff were so friendly and it is in a beautiful spot, would love to go back.Food: 5/5
Our dinning-out experiences are governed by our daughters allergies. We felt very grateful for the attention and detail our waitress and the chefs gave us, this is probably the first time we have all been able to enjoy a meal from the menu as a family. Massive thank you to all at the Little Harp, highly recommended for those concerned about allergens.
We called in for lunch and were delighted with the welcome that both ourselves and our dogs received. Service was prompt, food was lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. Very impressed with the decor and the Sea Views. Would definitely recommend Vegetarian options: Mushroom and Ale pie was delicious
Visited mid long journey, we had not booked. Greeted as though we were friends. Given table with fabulous views across to Newport and Cardiff. Menu excellent and we both chose Cod and Chips. It seemed a long wait but it was not really. We were hungry, it was busy, and everything cooked fresh to order. Well worth the wait Beautiful meal piping hot. Batter was crisp, just perfect. Only just had room for our ice cream sundaes. Thank you we will definitely call again, and recommend to our friends who do the same journey. Wheelchair accessibility: All on the flat and disability facilities at entrance.
Absolutely disgusted with this Restaurant, it's a Chef and Brewer establishment, and we have used others in the past which have been excellent. I went with my family on a day out .The first thing I noticed was dogs were in the Restaurant and one barked continually it was loud and annoying, I don't think dogs should be in a place where food is served. We were shown to our table by a rude woman I tried to speak with her but she totally ignored me.We ordered drinks and after I asked when they would arrive it took around 15 minutes. The waiter took our order for starters and mains, the starters arrived around 45 minutes after ordering, The main courses hadn't arrived after a two hour wait.I told the so called manager we had had enough and we were leaving. We were very disappointed and will never be going back. The service is appalling. My advice avoid unless you got a spare 3 hours to waste.I paid for the starters and drinks.
I had lunch with a friend today. It was quite busy but we were seated quickly by a very helpful member of staff. We had table service throughout. Which was prompt, polite and not intrusive. Food-wise, it did take slightly longer for it to arrive than I expected but everything is cooked to order and worth the short wait. I had fish and chips which came with peas and tartare sauce. The piece of fish was enormous with a light batter and perfectly flaky cod. You could tell it was hand-battered and very fresh. My friend had the most decadent cheese toastie that I have ever seen which she said was rich, luxurious and delicious. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The pub itself is nicely furnished with fantastic views and has a nice atmosphere. The menu was varied, reasonably priced and everything looked delicious! Highly recommended.
Visited this pub on 3/5/24, not for the first time, with 3 residents and 2 care staff from a local care home. Enjoyed a very nice meal with great service. Fantastic view over the bay. A small issue with the parking machine was quickly resolved by the management team. Ensure you follow the instructions when parking. Overall a great experience for our residents.
A friend and I went to the little harp for a Sunday lunch. We had the roast. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, beef was cooked beautifully and the vegetables were perfect. We treated ourselves to a cauliflower cheese each. We could have actually shared one. We both had a glass of rose. Was lovely cool and crisp. I go here every Sunday with another friend for a coffee. Aswell as a beautiful view. We always have a lovely hot drink served by lovely attentive staff. Never a bad experience.
Good. First visit for a roast since it’s had a refurb. Nice clean fresh look. Nicely decorated.Outside has had a makeover as well with the outdoor covered seating. Food could of been hotter and more of it. Maybe a small gravy boat served with the roast.Staff polite and friendly.
