Never been before to this shop normally go to clitheroe( muddy frogs) but I thought I’d try somewhere different! I needed 3 pairs of shoes! One pair for my one year old another for my 3 year old and a pair for my niece! So if you work it out probably costing me in the region of £120! And I was going to recommend my cousin for her little girl to go!! So I walked in... I said hello first I was the only one in the shop but the two ladies were busy taking pictures of head bands I think?? I stood there a while then I had to ask for there assistance, but I was made to feel as if they were too busy to help so I stood there for a little longer to see if they would stop for just 5 minutes to give me some help and advise! Don’t get me wrong I don’t like pushy sales staff but I felt like they didn’t have anytime for me. My husband was in the car ready to bring them in, but I was furious when I left and won’t be returning! Maybe I just caught them when they had had a delivery and wanted to photo it all to put on the internet! I don’t normally ever write a review but I was so cross being ignored in that way I just had to write this. What a shame 😔
