Excellent service from the team at Bupa Dental. Appointments given in a timely manner when in a lot of pain! All receptionists I dealt with both in-person and on the phone were very friendly and understanding. Excellent care given by Peter. Only changed to this dentist last year and so glad I did! Would highly recommend
Peter is the best dentist I ever had. I had a clinical level fear of dentists after a traumatic event 40 years ago. Peter has pretty much eradicated this after 4 visits. I no longer have any qualms about going. Appointment waits are not too bad. Usually about a fortnight. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Only downside is that the phone seems to go to answer phone a bit too often and I haven't had call backs. But the key thing is the dentistry and this practice outclasses all others. Trust me I've tried a few. So happy to know they're there for me.
I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years and to say I was terrified is an understatement. I rang and spoke to Gordon, I was in floods of tears and he was such a calming influence, he really put my mind at ease. I am currently being seen by Peter and he is a wonderful Dentist. He explains everything and is very understanding and gentle. I have required a lot of work done and I am shaking with every appointment but I know I am in good hands. I am beyond happy with my care, even in these trying times, the bupa dental team are professional and patient.
Headline: Really didn't want to take my money, honestly anyway... Receptionist not very nice &/or honest. It appears as though when Calling, they had no more Slots open via NHS. Not what I wanted, even if the Website said "Accepting both Private and NHS" so technically false advertising by that Logic. With that, when asking to go Private, they attempted to charge for a Check-up at £20 more than what was listed on the site. Soo, it appears they may try and take advantage of someone who they deem as having lesser knowledge.. Overall: 100% effort into not wanting my money?
I hate going to the dentist and it's always an anxious experience for me. Therefore, I was really happy that my experience in the Bupa Dental was as good as it can get and they were very friendly and considerate of my nervousness. They for example explained what they were doing and why during my check-up. In addition to that, the aspect I was most pleased about was that they are going to call me when I need my next check-up appointment.
Absolutely the best Denest..the staff are amazing ....make you so welcome ..and the receptions.is diffinity it the right job.. she is so so friendly . Thanks to each and everyone of you for all my dental care .
Best Dentist I've been to yet. Make you feel confident and they are so welcoming. My kids are not nervous going to dentist anymore . The dental nurses are all kind and very friendly ! Would highly recommend to anyone. Julie - Anne.
Julie-Anne is amazing. Always helpful when calling last minute to book and makes it happen. Remembers me when arrive which a a nice touch. Always happy and smiling which is exactly what you want when visiting the dentist
We have always been impressed with this surgery. Amazing dentist, friendly dental nurses and lovely receptionist. So thankful to have such a great practice.
This place has went to the dogs since bupa took over. Hard to get them on the phone, after trying on and off for 2 weeks without an answer i had to phone head office who also couldn't get through! Finally got a call back and booked in for myself and 2 daughter's only to arrive and be told only my elder daughter had been booked in! Theres no way i would have made that mistake as i also book all 3 of us in together. They didn't seem to care. When I told the dentist I would be going elsewhere he just shrugged and said sorry to hear that. It's a shame as the care from the dentists has been fine but the reception staff are awful. Blonde English woman in particular really shouldn't be working with the public.
