I've been using Linella to groom my dogs for 19 years. They have never let me down. Our dogs are always at ease and they look beautiful when they come home.
Cut our dog’s paw and didn’t tell us. This was not the first time she’d cut the dog and not told us. We are done. Will never go back.
My dog looks stunning when he has been groomed. They are very pet friendly and love animals it shows in your pet he can't wait to get in and greets the ladies with love and kisses and I know when he is there he's looked after and loved.
I have known Tina for a number of years now. I started getting my own dogs groomed at the salon and her knowledge and experience is second to none. I'm that happy with the service that I offer a drop off/collection service via my dog walking company to the salon. Tina and Lesley can always fit the dogs in. The dogs are groomed and smell amazing when I return them to their owners. They are always happy to make repeat bookings and offer advice to keep the dogs looking they're best and are flexible with collection and drop off times. Couldn't ask for anything else and love our working partnership over the last several years. A*

Lovely friendly welcoming people - Peggy had fun meeting new friends while she had her nails clipped for the first time! Highly recommended and we will be back!
Whilst we cannot fault the groom , the customer service is a work in progress. Whilst it's not about us as such , we would expect friendliness , courtesy , reassurance and good communication , it makes us wonder about their approach to the furry clients .
