I saw Julie Millar for a long term knee injury and she was amazing! She really listened to my issues and was thorough in her assessment. I felt in safe hands and that she genuinely wanted to get to the root of the problem and solve it. I saw her over 3 sessions where she checked me for postpartum, checked my running composure, used dry needling, soft tissue massage and gave me great instruction on exercises. I can now run pain free! Thank you Julie!
Very friendly set up and a delight to go and have treatment. I was looked after by Julie who I found to be a very professional physiotherapist. She was charming and enthusiastic. I knew from the start that she would fix my 'dodgy shoulder and she did. I have already recommended the practice to friends.
Excellent Physiotherapy to help free the tightened muscles in my LH leg emanating from lumber region being twisted. Also the weekly Pilates class is very well run and helps relieve my aged limbs.
Superb physiotherapy from Lindy after putting my pelvis out of alignment. Clear easy to follow home exercise plan in conjunction physio session at both Bosham and Goodwood clinics.
Did not listen to patient.
Really nice helpful staff, half way through my treatment for sciatica and it's already paying off.
Excellent service pity its closed at this time
