Laura is fantastic. She gives you exercises to do to help alleviate the problem rather than suggest you go back for more appointments. Her depth of knowledge and expertise is of a way higher standard than any other physiotherapist I have ever seen

I’ve had several appointments with Laura to help with various different issues and she has been absolutely brilliant every time- she has a very holistic method of treatment and recommends a manageable number of therapeutic activities to work on. She really listens and offers great advice. I’ve seen countless physios in my life due ongoing joint issues and Laura is definitely one of the best! Highly recommended.
Laura is a true professional, she is knowledgeable, easy to be around, calm and easy to speak to. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura, she really is one in a million, she is the go to physiotherapist.
All started after doing the gardening after the winter. Pulled up a big rooted bush and next day discovered I have pulled something as well. Was not recovering and Laura assessed by ankle and gave me the strengthening exercises that I needed. Felt strange going down a stairs backwards but movements designed to strengthen. Any one got a gardener number as I am not going to tackle the next roots of the bigger bush ;-
Excellent service - helped me immensely after my hip surgery.
Really excellent physio for my shoulder, back and knees
