Beautiful county. The rolling hills of the wolds are easy to walk. We walked a short distance on the viking way on a summers day. Really nice and peaceful.

My daughter took me here for a trip out for a couple of hours as recovering from an operation. Had a lovely ploughmans lunch and coffee and walnut cake after. I had a lovely time.

An absolute great place to get some fresh air . Takes you back to you child hood. An adventure for the kids. Great for walking dogs.

Lovely scenery. I thought it was all flat farming land until I started driving around and I was so wrong. Beautiful villages lots of interesting churches, unusual shops, antiques etc. Lots of trees and rolling hills. Worst thing is the huge potholes in the roads. Seaside towns are the same everywhere, not my cup of tea but if you like amusement arcades , fish and chips and pubs then head for those otherwise avoid at all costs.

Came here for it's dark sky's at night. Very little light pollution in most areas. Can easily see the Milky way on a clear night as well as some of the brighter deep sky objects. Most of the roads with laybys or places to park are in main roads so even at 2am, there's is a bit of traffic which distracts from viewing the stars.
