I was terrified of getting my IUD changed due to a traumatic experience fitting my first in a different clinic and the two nurses that helped me change it today couldn’t have been more kind and supportive. I was utterly petrified but they were calming, professional and human throughout the whole process and really ran me through everything and let me guide my own experience so I felt as comfortable as possible. It therefore ended up being a lot smoother and less painful than I was expecting because of them. Thank you so much

Been calling for days after a partner told me they have something. When I finally got through it was to less than helpful rude reception staff. No wonder the transmitted diseases are so rife. Absolutely rediculous

I was really nervous about coming in as it was for a smear test. The time before i went to the doctors and they butchered me. So i was really worried about going for another test, which is why i chose to come here. They were brilliant and really know what they are doing. They reassured me the whole time and there was no pain. i was given an appointment within 1 week of calling, so I'm reallu happy with that. Thank you.

Keep ringing and ringing been on call line for 10 minutes or more each turn. When are they ever going to pick up the phone !?!

UNREALIBLE.  How can I be treated if all I hear from the Sexual Health Clinic is “ all our lines are busy.  NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Lovely and helpful staff but lack of appointments probably an NHS being underfunded issue
