I contacted Pink Fairy on behalf of my elderly parents. The service we have received has been wonderful, friendly, efficient and great ironing! Collection and delivery is included in their pricing structure and their communication, since first approaching them, has been exceptional.  Would definitely recommend  great service!

Excellent service, and the ironing is of a high standard.  Service is contactless now more important than ever and pricing competitive and quick to confirm.  We use a regular slot.  Collection time is communicated in advance and always accurate.  Service is also very quick  Would highly recommend

I've been looking for a service like this for a long time.  Collection, delivery easy payment and ironing is excellent.  Ex-Military so very high standards which Cynthia meets and exceeds.  Think I'll be using Pink Fairy for some time to come.

Excellent customer service and minimal effort required from the client side. Your laundry is collected, ironed and returned to you within 2 days at which point you pay using contactless on the doorstep. This style of service offering is how things should be done in 2019. Very happy... and the pink cable ties are a nice touch :

I thought the process was incredibly simple, reasonably priced and the quality of ironing was wonderful. My partner's wardrobe has been transformed! Will be using on a regular basis for sure. Fantastic service, the ironing is collected from our home and delivered back beautifully ironed 2 days later. Great communication from Cynthia, options to pay on card machine on collection or bacs transfer. Hassle free service that takes the ironing out of my life !
