I do not recommend this store. The owners are not nice at all. The owner lady always has something to say. Once when I came with my daughter, I told her to choose a toy, the owner admonished her not to touch the toys ... so how was she supposed to choose? The second time I was asked to leave an umbrella by the door because it was dripping. That's what the mop is for, to wipe. I have never experienced such customer service in any other small shop. Zabka UK, Bucaresti have much better service. At the end I heard that next time I will wait 2 days for the parcel to be picked up. Out of spite. I will never order a package to collect there again.
Service always great, friendly and a large variety at reasonable prices unlike the other shops locally. I would recommend if you live or are passing through caldmore you use this shop as they always do their best to accommodate and will go out of their way to help you find what you need.
So many shops around caldmore i wouldnt even look at, due to poor customer service. These owners are so amazing and its like i have found best friends in the community aswell as my nicotine providers lol anyone who has a bad word to say about these amazing hearts n souls should be run over...then reversed over. Stay amazing and thank you!!
