We visited the Life Adventure Centre on four occasions during the course of our week's stay in County Down. We received a very warm and extremely helpful welcome each time. Victoria and Megan could not do enough to ensure that we were in the right place at the right time, and equipped with all the proper gear. John and Stephen were both excellent activity leaders, keeping us laughing, safe and engaged throughout each session. Everybody else we met were just as kind and helpful. The equipment was first-class - the mountain bikes all looked brand new, and the sit-on-top kayaks were easy for the kids to use. Our first attempt at Wet Bouldering was rained-off early (you should have seen the river!), and so John booked in another time with us all later in the week - great service! All of this, and a wonderful setting in the Forest Park.

Great wee place! £3 for coffee, a shower and a bike wash after hitting the muddy trails... Can't beat it 😁

I regularly take groups to Life Adventure Centre from Rostrevor Holidays. Today was the most recent trip with a group of Americans. The warm welcome and enthusiasm from all the staff is one of the key reasons we return. If you're looking to get out on mountain bikes, canoeing, or plenty of other activities, check these guys out. Johnny, one of the instructors, always gets rave reviews from everyone. Thanks all! Didi

We hired electric mountain bikes from 'Life' for a morning. The bikes were excellent, and were perfect for exploring the trails. They made riding up the hills easy, and riding downhill exhilarating. Castlewellan Park is absolutely stunning, quiet, and riding was stress free.  Map and routes provided to gain the best from the day! (Thanks again to Vicky, Megan, Tommy and Ryan!)
