A Great Shopping Experience.nnLidl Pudsey has become a regular stop for our grocery shopping, and for good reason. Parking is readily available, even during peak hours, which is a significant plus. The real draw, however, is the exceptional value for money. The supermarket offers a surprisingly wide range of high-quality products at incredibly competitive prices. Lidl has clearly made significant strides since its earlier days, surpassing many established supermarkets in both product quality and customer service.nnWhile understaffing occasionally impacts service levels, as it does in many retail settings, the staff at this particular branch consistently strive to be helpful and friendly. Their willingness to go the extra mile is commendable. The Lidl app is a definite must-have; its regular free offers and promotions are a clever incentive to return, and honestly, who can resist a free pastry every now and then? It's a smart strategy that doesn't feel manipulative.nnA  consistently positive shopping experience. The combination of affordable prices, good quality products, and generally excellent customer service makes it a highly recommended supermarket.
Good place to shop. Centrally located. You can access the pudsey train station which is a few miles away. Shop has variety of items to shop and its family friendly. However, if you enjoy self pay service, this is not your to go shop, but more tills are opened quickly if traffic is much.
The staff are great here but there are many times when the shelves are empty and/or many of the things listed in the magazine or that I have coupons for are not in store. I imagine it's down to management rather than staff on the ground. They really need to sort it out
Confusing place to shop, pricing labels on shelves not clear as to whete they are pointing, I got what I thought were almond croissants but when I got to the checkout the very kind and helpful cashier pointed out that they were in fact plain ones.... non food sections were a real mess, items all over, items without any pricing and no-one to ask....nFood was well organised....nI do like Lidl but too chaotic.nI do not have a local one, I visit this one in Pudsey when I go to see a friend.
First time visit, on my way back from an evening appointment - so arrived about 8:15 pm. Plenty of parking and easy access to the store, entrance clear and tidy, with notices about masks and sanitizer available. Inside the store was bright, well laid out and had a good selection of produce, even late in the evening. All the staff I saw were masked up, and social distancing was fine. Store was clean, and mostly tidy - the only rubbish I saw was the kind of stuff left by customers emptying cartons or knocking things over.nnThere was a bit of a queue at the checkout, but after a minute they called for a 2nd checkout to open. Like most stores they've moved to £45 limits for contactless payment.nnThere is a disabled / baby change toilet available in store as well, which was clean and in a good state.nOverall a pretty nice shop.
