Not my usual Lidl store but popped in here to purchase a few items the other day and I think I may start to use it regularly. It was clean, well laid out with shelves mostly well stocked. Plenty of parking and being just off the NDR or Broadway, it is very easy to get to. I was also impressed with the staff member who helped me find an item - I had walked past it twice.
Absolutely they services are crap they doing a joke. They won't give a shite about that we all got no time I live in great Whittingham I won't go to that lidl if there's another store !!!
Lidl is on the list of one of the most affordable places to buy groceries in the UK. This particular outlet is quite big and there’s always staff on hand for assistance.
Usually a brilliant place to shop although had a staff member yesterday called Emma who I found very rude and unprofessional. Overheard her talking about customer and staff over her headset. If I decided to come back in I will avoid her. Think better training in customer services is needed, usually have pleasant experience and helpful staff on this occasion I was very disappointed.
Taverham Lidl is my favourite local shop, It always has everything I need. The shelf’s are always full and their fruit is amazing! It’s much better than everything else around me. The staff are always so friendly on the tills and really helpful.
