Today 27th September 2024 I went lidl store becontree heath dagenham store. I picked shoping on my toly and go to check out for pay. Im waiting on queuenI asked 1 off staff he's name is Mr Berry do you sale powder milk?he didn't give my answer and he said go to till i told him im already on queue.he was very rude to me. I asked him please be good with your customer.you can't rude and speak loudly with your customer. He is not helpful person. I'm really disappointed about service..
Great store, great products much cheaper than other stores, free car park and bike parking near entrance. Not as big as Hornchurch but still has everything you need and nice and spacious here too
Great store and selection, but unfortunately customer services significantly fall behind: very rude staff on the shop floor, no attention to customers whatsoever! Therefore I cannot recommend this store to anyone! Avoid it like a plague
dark skin woman at self checkout always has a bad attitude, kisses her teeth at people at self checkouts and stands behind you while you’re paying for stuff.nnI paid for a magazine for my daughter and gave it to her to read while we were doing rest of our shopping we paid separately she went to sit and read near the machines for kids and the woman told my daughter not to go there and come here because she thought we stole it when she saw us paying for it. She is constantly accusing me and my husband of stealing every time we go there, took a receipt and said it’s not on there, pointed the items out she was accusing us of stealing and didn’t even get a sorry she just walked off in a huff. Hate going there because of her, please Lidl get rid of this woman she’s an unprofessional rude staff
Customer service is very poor. Got to the till and asked for Batteries and Charger, which was radioed through. 10 Minutes later and nothing, no urgency. I asked if it was coming and got a shrug of the shoulders, no follow up, no radio to see where it was. Disgusted I just put the item back and said forget it.
