I went in , saved a bag at security ad it was huge. Had issues at self serve. Didn't scan catsan and something else.nFirst , the store stinks of sewage, there was water dripping in the non ambient fridges. Fish left out then re coolednStopped to security. 2 bully buffoons of security took my other personal belongings without consent. Took stiff out. Harrased me at customer services while paying for catsan.nThe guy who use to have dreads just sat smirking, maybe he didn't understand English as much as the other guard.nDiscrimated against my hidden disabilities which I made him aware of right away.nSilly men... not a good thing to do.nnThe relations team and the manager called Declan said they were happy eith the way the guards conducted themselves.nSo, discrimination, bullying, patronising and harassment is allowed. So feel free to do the same.
Horrible experience, I was talking to a worker asking him for help and advice on where to find a product, and then a manager named Nish came up to me and told to stop talking, since I was “distracting” the worker..nI’m sorry??? I thought customers always come first? So he was just supposed to ignore me and restock??? It just seems like workers there are treated like animals and not actual human beings. Unbelievable, Head office really needs to get their staff in check.
I always shop at my local Asda in chadwel and ive always been very impressed with their customer services, recently I had an issue with a product i bought in store and was served by a colleague named Monika, she was very polite and helpful and helped me with my issue I had with my order. I would say Monika is a great asset to your company Well done and keep up the great work you do.

Ordered online for ingredients to make dinner, absolute joke what I ended up receiving. Literallly only then vegetables arrived, no chicken, no sauce, no pasta. Just pure laziness from the staff, and they have wasted my time
