Went to the Horsham branch as was in the area and it is a newer branch. Extremely disappointed. Shelves empty, no staff empty boxes everywhere. Had to move lots of boxes just to find things. Only 1 poor lady on the till who was also assisting the express checkouts. Will never go back.
As a local resident your customers park dangerously on double yellow lines and are causing near accidents in residents trying to leave Horsham gates safely!!! I’ve reported this to you and you have done nothing, accident waiting to happen
Today 2/12/23 at 20:23 received very bad service from the manager.nPrices aren’t displayed properly and caused me confusions once at the till.nSpoke with the manager but no apologies or refunds about their faults.nLook like is business strategy in this place.
Friendly staff and well priced shopping. Great stuff. If you use the carpark, remember to scan your receipt in the parking machine so you don't get a ticket. Expect the usual random power tools, homewares and children's clothes or whatever it is this week! in the middle aisle.
Always feel interested in Lidl, they have many kinds of foods or stuff from different countries and toys or clothes are a good price.
