Came down south for a girls night in London, n booked the Ibis because of its excellent transport links to get up the west end. Me n Bev shared a twin room which was reasonably priced, I’d have paid an extra tenner if they could have stopped Bev snoring lol!! Top tip, bring a couple of drinkies to have while ur getting ready in ur room because there isn’t any room service if you fancy a couple of Proseccos before heading out. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and up for a giggle. breakfast was to die for n certainly took the edge off our sore heads the next morning. Worth a visit if ur headed up west.
Close to Twickenham Stadium. Rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous. Definitely coming back here for next year's London 7s. Rooms: 5/5
Had a friend drop me at the Ibis hotel on their way home around M25, as close to motorway. Wanted to go to foyer and order a taxi to take me home. But this is a Covid Quarantine hotel for flight passengers from certain destinations, so not open for business.
Enjoy while it lasts— you never know where and when you'll be dispersed. The advantage of being accommodated here by the home office is that you don't get to sleep with someone you hate.Rooms: 5/5
For a budget hotel it is excellent. Very good breakfast as much as you want. Bedrooms clean & tidy. Helpfull staff. Food at night is various filled crust large pizza's. Fortunately we all enjoyed them£14.50 each but enough for 2 people, also a bar. Thank you. .
Stayed for one night as in a coach trip. I'm found this hotel to be clean and tidy. My bed was comfy, although my son didn't agree. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that for the evening meal the only plant based option was chips and cheesecakes. The lady that served us was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better as there was a few more options.
ATTENTION! This hotel is CLOSED to the public - DO NOT book here. Booked this hotel via Hotels.com around a month before we were due to be staying there. Arrived at the hotel April 12th 2022 to find the car park pretty much empty immediately thought this was weird. We got all our cases out of the car and were approached by what looked like a security guard who advised us the hotel was closed. We advised him that we'd received no email on this. He guided us towards reception and said we would need to clarify there. The setup in the place looked off. Almost like a quarantine hotel. Even if it had been open, we definitely would not have stayed. We pressed the bell and one of the Ibis staff advised us that our booking had been moved to a cheaper, lower grade Ibis budget hotel which was around a 15-minute drive away. This was no use to us as we had booked this hotel due to needing to be as close as possible to terminal 5. With it already being 9 pm at this point and our flight being first thing the next day, we had no choice but to head to the other hotel. An Ibis Budget on Bath Road. This hotel is absolutely vile. Staff had no clue what was going on and the queue to check in was ridiculous. They couldn't even find our booking at reception when we got to the front. When we got to our extremely hot & stuffy room we decided the place wasn't for us and immediately checked out & went to a different hotel. BEWARE when booking. I have complained to Hotels.com but think this may be a money-making tactic by advising the hotel as OPEN and then moving the bookings over to a cheap and dirty hotel. I can see in other reviews that this hotel is now being used to house male migrants. A definite NO GO basically.
Staff really nice. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Evening meals have very small menu choice. Had pizza and chips. Was nice. Local pub is close by and within walking distance. Breakfast was good tomatoes and mushrooms would of been lovely with fry up instead of just beans and a choice of eggs instead of only scrambled. Ideal location for legoland
Picked up a breakfast meal on the too good to go food app. Cost 3.99 instead of 12pound. Service was very good but they need to give a bit more on the food front. Maybe some croissants and a bit more bacon. Not worth £12 if staying at hotel. Food was fresh and hot.
