When all else failed this company came to our rescue. Two online cab companies let us down within hour of our event; two days running. Therefore, we put in a complaint and compensation is due. But Leyton Midland Cars came through on point, quick, efficient and polite manner towards the customer...Best this year. Will try set up an account for future success...Oh, well, back to basics is always best. They completely saved my bacon. Had a car for me when my local cab firms didn't have anything. Driver was great. Very comfortable and professional.
Explained to controller that there will be 4 people travelling. Cab person Khalid arrived and upon arrival was having a stand off road rage on the road with another driver. My elderly mother had to calm both drivers down so we could actually move on. Khalid then told us off and said why didn’t we tell the controller we are 4 passengers and I said we did tell the controller. He didn’t allow anyone to sit at the front and child had to sit on lap, 4 of us in the back, which is against the law and khalid proceeded to speed on humps on road making for a painful journey and very uncomfortable. Unprofessional and rude driver. Will never use again.
I have been using Leyton Midland car service for over 2 years now. Highly recommended. Drivers are professional and courteous. Never experienced any issues. And yes importantly, must say prices are competitve. 5 stars from me without a doubt.
I've used midland cars for 9 years now and they have always been prompt on timing and very helpful. Great customer service, get out the car, open the boot put my luggage in etc. Never had any issues with these guys ever.... Professional mini cab service and usually surprisingly cheaper than uber at most times
After call two local cab offices and being told a 45 min wait. I phoned Midlands cars and the driver was there within 10 minutes. Well done Midlands
Great service! friendly receptionist who took my booking and friendly drivers, the cab arrived quickly within 5 - 10 mins of me requesting it, and reasonably priced £5 for 1.5 mile journey. Would definitely use this company again!
